Service Information AVID
To carry out warranty repairs for Avid, we need an RMA/SR number. Your dealer can request this RMA/SR number from Avid or the distributor. Please include this RMA/SR number, a proof of purchase (copy of your invoice) and the repair order form for warranty repairs and send your device to us.
Please pack your device carefully, include our repair order form and ship it to us. An RMA number is not necessary for out-of-warranty repairs.
Note: Please don´t forget to fill in your contact data, just in case we still have questions regarding the repair.

For your order we need a precise description of the articles you require. If a part is difficult to describe, please take a picture of it and attach it to your email.
Our technicians will check your order and contact you as soon as possible. Please understand that this might take a little time, in some cases we have to contact the manufacturer first.
