To carry out warranty repairs for D.A.S., we need a copy of the proof of purchase (sales invoice). Please include it and the repair order form for warranty repairs when you send your device to us.

You can order D.A.S. spare parts from us by email. Don´t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For your order we need a precise description of the articles you require. If a part is difficult to describe, please take a picture of it and attach it to your email.Our technicians will check your order and contact you as soon as possible. Please understand that this might take a little time, in some cases we have to contact the manufacturer first.
