Since we are a repair service center only, we do not have an overview of current prices and devices.

Especially for older devices it is hard to decide if the cost is proportional to the benefit of a repair.

There are many points to consider:
- My device is not manufactured anymore and doesn´t have a replacement
- It is crucial for my workflow or essential for my sound
- The quality of the device (e.g. build quality or processing quality)
- The device is a rarity
- You don’t want to familiarize with a new device
- A really important fact is good memories and sentimentality

For deliveries inside Germany we offer payment via bank transfer, paypal and COD (cash on delivery, "Nachnahme").
For shipments to foreign countries we accept payment via bank transfer and paypal.

It’s not that important how much our hourly rate is, but rather how quickly we are able to repair and how much the total cost will be. With our experience, our specialized workstations and with quick access to manufacturer-specific documents we are able to reduce repair times remarkably. In fact about 70% of our repairs are cheaper than 119.00€ (incl. tax). 

Yes, all consignments and pick-ups we arrange are insured according to the conditions of DHL GmbH. Please make sure to pack the device carefully and according to the specifications of the forwarder.

There are 3 different categories on external power adapters:

1) Adapters which are sending different tensions. They are mostly provided with a special multipolar plug. The purchase of an original-power adapter is absolutely wise!

For the following power adapter it is possible to use surrogate power adapter. But important is the mentioned operating voltage, which is stated in volt (V), this should be identical with the original power adapter as possible. Both sorts of power adapter may provide more power without a problem. The connected device does only admit the needed power. But in the other case, if the power adapter provides less power than it should, the connected device won’t work. The power is mentioned by ampere = ‘’A’’ or milliampere = ‘’mA’’…..1000 mA = 1.0 A.

2) AC- voltage (alternating voltage) power adapter.

These power adapter provide an alternating voltage; the power supply connector has no polarity, this means that you don’t have to pay attention on other values than the right plug, the spend voltage (V) and the maximum power release (mA / A)

3) DC- voltage (direct current) power adapter

These power adapters provide a direct current voltage.

It is important to pay attention not only on the correct form of the power supply plug as also on the polarity.

If you activate a device with the wrong polarity it comes to an error and oftentimes the power adapter destroys! Shall it happen that you search for a surrogate power adapter but don’t know which one is the right one, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail (perhaps with a picture of the plug and the info print) we will offer you a keen alternative.

ST-15 ältere Version

ST-15 II (neuere Version)
Artikelnummer: Diaphragm 14540412, Treiber 14900023, nur Horn 14900006
Lautsprecheranschlüsse für Flachstecker nebeneinander  

Es gibt nur 2 unterschiedliche Netzteile:

a) 16,5V AC, 1,2A mit 2poligem rundem Hohlstecker. Art. No. 00712044. Am meisten gebräulich, für Effektgeräte, Pedals, 19" Geräte.?

b) 34V AC, 0,6A mit 3poligem Flachstecker. Art. No. 00301392. Wird an Kompaktmischpulten eingesetzt. Es gibt nur 2 unterschiedliche Netzteile.

Bis 1999 wurde der Hochtöner mit der Artikelnummer 70777123 eingesetzt. Der ist als Komplettersatzteil nicht mehr lieferbar. Allerdings sind die Piezotreiber, pro Horn 2 Stück, lieferbar. Sie haben die Artikelnummer 70777059. Die hier eingesetzten Vorwiderstände haben einen Wert von ca. 50 Ohm/5 W und sind optional auch lieferbar.

Ab 1999 wurden in die genannten Boxen Hochtöer mit der Artikelnummer 70777169 eingesetzt. Die sind nur als komplettes Ersatzteil lieferbar, einzelne Piezotreiber gibt es hierfür nicht.

diese Lautsprecherbox wurde mit 3 verschiedenen Hochtönern ausgeliefert die aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Treiberabstützungen nicht untereinander austauschbar sind. Die älteren Versionen hatten eine "4-Loch" und "3-Loch" Version:
