Warranty repairs:

To carry out warranty repairs for lake, we need a copy of the proof of purchase (sales invoice). Please include it and the repair order form for warranty repairs when you send your device to us.

Out-of-warranty repairs:

Please pack your device carefully, include our repair order form and ship it to us.
Note: Please don´t forget to fill in your contact data, just in case we still have questions regarding the repair.

If a part is difficult to describe, please take a picture of it and attach it to your email.Our technicians will check your order and contact you as soon as possible.
