Service Information lake
To carry out warranty repairs for lake, we need a copy of the proof of purchase (sales invoice). Please include it and the repair order form for warranty repairs when you send your device to us.
Please pack your device carefully, include our repair order form and ship it to us.
Note: Please don´t forget to fill in your contact data, just in case we still have questions regarding the repair.

You can order spare parts from us by email. Don´t hesitate to contact us at info[at]pms.de. For your order we need a precise description of the articles you require. If a part is difficult to describe, please take a picture of it and attach it to your email.Our technicians will check your order and contact you as soon as possible.
