Warranty repairs:
To carry out warranty repairs for Nexo, we need a copy of the proof of purchase (sales invoice). Please include it and the repair order form for warranty repairs when you send your device to us.
Out-of-warranty repairs:
Please pack your device carefully, include our repair order form and ship it to us.
Note: Please don´t forget to fill in your contact data, just in case we still have questions regarding the repair.
Spare parts:
You can order spare parts from us by email. Don´t hesitate to contact us at info[at]pms.de. For your order we need a precise description of the articles you require. If a part is difficult to describe, please take a picture of it and attach it to your email.Our technicians will check your order and contact you as soon as possible. Please understand that this might take a little time, in some cases we have to contact the manufacturer first.
